Command Center Acquires DR Services of Louisiana
POST FALLS, Idaho–(EON: Enhanced Online News)–Command Center, Inc. (OTCQB:CCNI) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CCNI/quote), a national provider of on-demand and temporary staffing solutions, today announced it has acquired the operating assets of DR Services of Louisiana, LLC. DR Services will be operated by Disaster Recovery Services, Inc., a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary of Command Center, and is expected to “greatly enhance the company’s visibility and participation in disaster-related recovery projects.”

Based in Kenner, Louisiana, DR Services specializes in providing disaster relief and recovery solutions throughout the country following natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes and tornados, and other events such as fires and oil spills. with an established rapid-response model that generated more than $5 million in 2011, DR Services is positioned to service any location nationwide “whenever and wherever disaster strikes.” since its inception in 2007, the company has been owned and operated by Gerald Avery, Howard J. Rush and Edward S. Schmidt, Jr.
under the terms of the Agreement, the seller will receive $300,000 and 1.5 million shares of CCNI stock. Of this amount, $150,000 was paid at the closing and the seller will receive the remaining $150,000 in six monthly installments of $25,000 during the initial six-month period. There is also an incentive provision in the Agreement by which the seller can earn up to 1.5 million additional shares, depending on variables such as growth rate and stock price.
according to Command Center, all three principals of DR Services will be retained under employment contracts to manage the new subsidiary, Disaster Recovery Services, Inc.
