Legal help for seniors — A lawyer is available once a month to assist seniors with a private consultation on any legal matter. $5 fee is charged by the Concord Senior Citizens Club. Appointments: 925-687-2585.
Meals on Wheels — Seniors who need a daily meals contact Meals on Wheels by Senior Outreach Services. To qualify for the program, a senior must be at least 60 years old, frail, homebound, and unable to shop and cook. Program immediately available in Concord, Pleasant Hill and Martinez. 925-937-8311.
